Booking Policy

Use of any of Dog Modo services assumes that you have read and agreed with the following terms and conditions.

An initial questionnaire sent by Dog Modo must be completed before acceptance and commencement of any of Dog Modo's services
Dog Modo accepts no liability for any dogs that are not insured

BOOKINGS

When booking a service with Dog Modo, any cancellations which occur with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service charge for the session. This is to cover administrative costs as well as the inability to fill the cancellation slot within that time frame.

PRIVACY

All information collected about you by Dog Modo will only be used to provide our services. Information such as your name, address, contact information, and any personal information will not be shared with any third party. Any sharing of information will only occur if consent is provided by yourself and if it is directly relevant to the care of your dog or the services you receive. This may relate to referral to another service provider such as a veterinarian or other behaviour consultant at your discretion. Consent for taking any images or videos will be asked for. Such images or videos will only be shared if your consent has been given at the time of booking or verbal consent is gained within the consultation or training.

All information provided to you in sessions including handouts and reports is copyrighted to Dog Modo. Any public sharing of information received must be given consent by us before sharing. Written consent can be received by contacting us at carly@dogmodo.com.au
